Very auspicious festivals of Bengals is Durga Puja, but in real sense dose Bengal hold the position to celebrate such old ideology and believes in a new packet every time by wasting such a huge amount of money.

The life cannot be described in the Maslow HIRARCHY- basic needs then love and affection........ Life always wants something to get satisfied. No body is satisfied with present status. If an example is taken of a student he/she wants good result then some body as a partner and with a good job to go into the next level of life. Love is something which make a person complete, but ONLY a true love is able to do it.
Every body need some one dearer, nearer and special in his/her life but it cannot be a sacrificed it is the desire mainly the choice of a person needs to get fulfilled. But if the desire remains UN fulfilled for long it take the shape of hater ait. Like many others my search of a partner was not end yet or until now I haven’t love any person to know the feeling of it. According to Burned Shaw “it is better to fall in love and forgot than never to fall in love” but a person who never test a sweetness in life, how can he/she know the price of sugar.
Hater ait is the outer effect and can be shown as a symptoms of un socialism, I don’t like puja because I hate the festival why? There is no good reason but I hate it because I found no body to enjoy with it. Every year it came and go and the feeling of the season, the sound of Dhak irritate me, the new cloths attract a person but I never used to choice new cloths because no body is there to show it off.

INDIA A DEVELOPING COUNTRY

What is India? A country of lots of population, and it is a developing country, but the concept is changing and it is becoming developed, but do you think it can get developed with these much of population, it is really possible. India is in a changing scenario, what is the change; it is changing like a division in the society. In near future there will be only 2 class rich and poor.
The economy of India is like a Isosceles Triangle where the rich on the top and poor at bottom, It is a place for marketer because every person want to go to the top and a pressure is up ward, but the triangle will going to break in near future and the crack is already developed. It the bottom there will be poorest an in the top only rich person is there. My words can be specified with real life example:-
1. The place you live try to buy another property near by, it is costly and beyond your imagination
2. The new mobile player is coming and try to grab market in urban mainly where the mobile penetration is only 16 % of total Indian population
3. 3 g service of BSNL is only launched in top metros.
Why because the product is only available where the purchasing power is there. If need to survive in future you need to be rich to keep yourself in the top position of the broken triangle or otherwise you are finished. No one is to blame it is the world which is changing and every change is negative in some sense because it is not improving.

People changes according to the situation but I don't change. I am quite a rigid person and I like to leave in my self. People change for his partner I don't. From my childhood till now I have crossed my hurdles in life and from all fall down I gather knowledge.

Changes is something which change your base, we need improvement. Ex:- girls like tough, manly, well dress gentleman, but I don't change for any girls as a result I don`t have any partner in my life, so what If somebody love my "LOVE ME" not my packaging. What I am is what I am; it is reality and the originality.

Changes are something which change you not your soul, and with the change from outside you can find any body but not your soul mate. FOCUS

Focus is the word which depicts a goal and it is needed in life. It is a very common statement and after knowing that people distract from it.
Take an example of a girl who is good in studies, got a good job and love a person and after getting married she sacrifice her carrier for the sake of family. It is a very common Indian scenario. My question lies here, why she had to sacrifice neither she was not dull nor was she incapable. If you have the motto of shifting your carrier path then you are a total waste, waste to the society.
Why because a very few person actually got the opportunity to get some good education or job and you have wasted the chance of getting another person of entering that seat. Try to achieve the goal of your path by maintaining the others happy. It is the knowledge you have to discover because it depend upon situation where somewhat sacrifice and some collaboration from others are expected. Every body has a dream and the dream may not get fulfilled always but walk on the way because you may not reach at the top but when you stop and turn around you are in a high position.
You can louse focus because it is yours but keep in mind your distraction do not distract others.

The main improvement is kyzen. It means small improvement and continuous. If a work was not continuous the work was not perfect. A continuous work can also help to check the previous and monitor them. If a example of JAPAN is taken the kyzen concept came from there, and one of the reason of Japan to the journey of 1ST world country from 2ND world war.
In our life we need to follow kyzen because break through improvement is good to see but incurs huge cost and not continuous in nature.
Kyzen is a concept which depicts a routine where improvement is a part of routine. If the life is enjoyed in a routine manner KYZEN will come automatically.

Love is in air and everybody once loved some body in life is all filmy concept. When you love somebody take him/her into the reality. To roaming in park and in restaurant doesn't mean that you are going to establish a successful life partner. It is because of our mentality. Ex:- We buy a mobile phone of Rs10,000 – Rs 50,000 but when there is any miss appropriation of funds with our mobile balance the we shout but the amount is how much ?

3 friends are gossiping and what is the topic (sex, girls, blue films) but why not share market or and new line of studies?

Ask your mother or father to give you Rs 5000 and told him/her that you are going for a holiday with your girl friend/boy friend or ask the same parents to give the same amt to get spend on some study purpose, the person who need the money know what the story they need to give to collect the money, we are in fond of truth or lie?.

We like to do many things but the poor INDIAN mentality is the curse where we are lagging behind. If a festival is concerned people are so active but in normal official days we remain lazy.

Just change yourself from the habit practice by your grand parents because you need to run with the new world, if you remain in the blanket of old believes and thoughts then you are lagging behind and at the end you curse the govt but what the poor minister in central can do to change yourself, come from the idea of "DO IT FOR ME to DO IT YOURSELF".

Pyramid the structure I like most, it did not have any resemble with Pharaohs or any Egyptian culture but the structure I repeat.

If any body want to reach the top, I t must be ensured that the base remains strong you can climb a tall iron rod to reach the top but it base is not supportive to stay you for long.

If a example of a boy is taken and he perceived from the environment that getting admitted to a good b school like IIMs is the motto of life but if he got it is good but if not then what, here lies the concept of pyramid.

Got into IIMs you will end up with a good job but if not then don't wait just take admission in any average MBA collage and divide your time into parts, do side relevant course and prepare your base strong that when you entry into the job field you can sustain the tough competition from others.

The main advantage of pyramid that you can move up and down in a steady way but under any circumstances you will not fall down because due to your large base where external factors cant affect you but the chance of slip is there which is internal and self controllable and the steps in the side wall will support to regain the top position.

Going up the ladder in a shortcut is good and is achievable but the fight remains to stay in the top.

This is a very hot topic for the students who are pursuing a professional course and want to get a job. By getting admitted in a good b school the duty of the students dose not end and the end of the curriculum it is useless to blame the particular institution for placement.

After going through entrance test student get admitted in b school to pursue a MBA/PGDBM course and did not keep in mind that what is the reason that a particular company will hire you and pay you a fat pay packages. Students ignore this point and start to blame the placement cell and the institution tries to arrange some big company for placement because for the next year the brouture need to good look.

I just want to ask a question why a company should give you a job.

The answer must not be that I am a MBA/PGDBM, the question is what make you different from other member in the class because when you are getting pass from the institution at the same time all other collage around the world is also closing the secession and you are just a fresher's who came in light in the industry parameter.

Try to think and adopt strategy to do something in side of any course you are perusing and that must be relevant to the specialization you have opted for.

Try to be unique at least among the fellow member in the class because when the placement opportunity option came that side course or the extra knowledge is you USP.

Don't think that you are helping the institution to give you a good job, try to think that if the institution fail to live up to your expectation what is the next option or plan b.

In any circumstances in life always try to make a plan –b because if any reason your plan a fails then the backbone must me strong and when the placement came you can say to the interviewer that I can be more profitable for your industry because if you hire any person except me the work you want can be done but if you hire me then the extra benefit is the bonus and any profit making scenario paying less and having more is quite beneficial.

On 16th Dec after the completion of my Semester exam. I with my parents plan to spend a evening in a different fashion. Something which is not very common. The plan came to get executed when we heard a name of a destination DIAMOND HARBOUR.

My brain was stuck with exam fever and we set a point on the river side to enjoy the view. In the light of the sun the scenario was quite different when the light falls on the river water it transform it color into golden.

We sat on the bank and enjoying the scenario and suddenly I realize that the time has passed, but by not watching the watch but by watching the beautiful water which has changed its color.

The boats was sailing from different direction but he sky was more beautiful then the water was the total scenario has changed into a different and the sky was something which cant be describe in words.

It was beautiful like the poet describe and any artist describe the nature in his thought

As the time pass the nature also changed its color and the full show came to an end like every good thing has an end.

The sun slowly came down with a beautiful sunset. The sun slowly goes down and the nature has come in a black cover

There was nothing special in it because ever day the picture is same but there must be specialty in the eve of people those who is seeing it.

It was just a experience which I have come across but it was in my memory which gave a deep impression in my part of memory.
